I’ve always adored the color green, but I’m even more of an enthusiast now. I love green ferns, green ice cream, and the green box on the left side of my Callings screen that tells me our hardworking product has found me a job with a high percentage match based on my qualifications.
I am thrilled by how visually organized our job search product is in general, and feel a particular sense of welcome and revelation when hanging out in the Matching Jobs feature. Any role landing within the percent ranges of 80’s-90’s boasts the green hue, and this gives me themed focus. After ushering them into my Job Tracker, I spend my time applying exclusively to jobs from the green match category. Anything in the 70th percentile is yellowy like a caution, and anything in the 60’s or below is a rosy red flag telling me to just say no and move along. I marvel at the spectrum of possibility with my very own eyes. Our Matching Jobs feature communicates with me, the job seeker, much like a stoplight communicates with the law-abiding truck driver.

Our Callings product analyzes my resume as well as the preferences I have provided, which makes things feel comfortingly personal. Since the lists of potential roles are ranked and scored, I get a good sense of what’s available for me as a professional. I also learn that how I express myself through my resume and preferences really has an effect on what roles I am served. Sometimes I tweak my resume or preferences if I am looking for different results.

When I add jobs to my Job Tracker by accepting what our AI has suggested, I am not in turn training our AI. This is a convenient relief for me. Sometimes I import a role from LinkedIn or a company website, and although the role does not match my previous/current professional title, my expertise aligns with the duties advertised. For this kind of situation, I am so grateful that our AI doesn’t assume that I am evolving into a new channel of professional interests.
Additionally, if my job matches come up with roles I’m not impressed with, I happily click the option “do not show again”. The beautiful thing is that rejecting a role does not train our AI. I can reject roles freely and without consequence. If for example, my choice has to do with the company rather than the role, I will still continue to see similar role titles moving forward. If I want to guide our AI to readjust, I need to update my resume or preferences. This keeps me in control of the roles I am served.

The Matching Jobs feature of my dashboard consists of jobs that have been specifically catered to me and the results are faithfully improved and updated. I am beyond enchanted! It’s important to note that the Callings product is orchestrated by our astute natural intelligence (NI) team of humans, who keep our AI brain muscles in tune and harmonious for optimal job hunt benefits.
I love our Matching Jobs feature and I hope you do too.
