How it Works

To be visible in your job search you need an effective way to get the word out, and ways for the people in your network to get the word out on your behalf.

My Campaign provides a structured way to launch a job search campaign that makes your professional value visible and shareable. It activates your entire network to promote you, and catalyzes personal introductions and new connections that surface hidden opportunities and move your job search forward.

My Campaign has three components that work together to amplify your professional presence:

• Your Calling Card – a shareable career landing page that tells your story, showcases your capabilities and expertise, and describes the job roles you’re looking for.  

• Built-in outreach tools let you share your Calling Card directly with your inner circle of friends, family, close colleagues, and trusted contacts via personalized messages delivered by email or LinkedIn, as well as broadcast your card more widely with social media posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, and other platforms.

• Take Action buttons tell your network how they can help and give them the tools to take action to support you in three ways. They can send introduction messages to their contacts, promote your campaign with their audiences on social media, and encourage you with the click of a button.

Who Can View Your Calling Card

Your public Calling Card is visible to anyone you send the link to. If you want to hide the card you can set it to Hidden. Visitors who click your link see a placeholder message, and no content is visible. You can switch back to Visible at any time to reactivate.

How to Build Your Calling Card and Launch Your Campaign

1. Log into your account at Callings.ai.

2. Navigate to My Campaign in the left sidebar.

3. Click “Generate My Calling Card” to automatically generate a basic draft of your Calling Card. 

If you haven’t already you will be promoted to add a profile photo and LinkedIn URL to your Callings profile, as well as generate a Market Fit Report. These actions are not required, but completing them produces a significantly better Calling Card.

4. Review your Calling Card and customize the content to your liking. Each section has a dedicated editor that includes an Edit with AI chat panel where you can request changes conversationally.

5. Generate a personal message with a link to your public Calling Card you can send directly to friends, family, and close colleagues.

6. Broadcast your Calling Card to your extended network on social media. 

7. When connections view your Calling Card “Take Action” buttons prompt them with three ways to promote your job search and maximize your visibility.

8. View your Campaign Dashboard to track engagement. Click the analytics toolbar on your Calling Card editor to open detailed trend charts for metrics including the number of page visits, introduction messages generated, clicks on your LinkedIn profile link, social media shoutouts, resume downloads, and more.
